Focused PR campaign promotes Hortons’ £35.65m acquisitions across national and regional press

As part of an ongoing partnership, we deliver PR, social media and brand support across all Hortons’ marketing collateral.

Barques supported Hortons with a distinct campaign to announce three industrial estate acquisitions totalling £35.65m. We developed a clear communications strategy centred on their income-led, development-focused approach.

With each deal carrying different disclosure terms, timing and messaging were carefully coordinated to maximise interest, culminating in a final announcement that led with total deal value.

The campaign achieved widespread coverage in key media including Estates Gazette, Green Street News, CoStar, BE News and Business Live, reinforcing Hortons’ profile as a confident force in the commercial property sector.
